| Private estate "Polonyna" is located on the south of the Ukrainian Carpathians and at the center of the Carpathian Mountains. It is few km outside of the Town of Verkhovyna (which is 125 km south of the City of Ivano-Frankivsk and 32 km from the railway station Vorokhta), in Ukraine.
The estate is located on Pushkar mountain, 2 km outside of the main road; Magurka mountain (1024 m) is nearby. It is 22 km from Hoverla, the highest mountain in Ukraine; and 50 km from Bukovel, the most famous Ukrainian Ski Resort. There are the beautiful Carpathians forests around.
The estate has 2 two-storied cottages (for 6 people each).

On the first floor:
In cottage #1, for 6 people — living room (satellite TV, folding couch for 2 people), kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, tableware), bathroom (toilet, wash stand, shower);
 
In cottage #2, for 6 people — one bedroom for 2 people, living room with fireplace (satellite TV), kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tableware).
On the second floor:
Two bedrooms for 2 people each, balcony. Each room — 2 folding single beds, TV-SAT, wardrobe, bathroom (toilet, wash stand, shower).
 
The estate provides the following meals:
Breakfast — included in the price. 2 meals per day — by agreement. Local cuisine, home-made milk, meat, vegetables. Barbecue mutton.
Services included in the price:
Barbecue, washing machine, iron, fen. Transfer from Verkhovina to the estate. Cleaning up the rooms — once per day, towel change — on request, bed-clothes change — once per 5 days.
Services for additional pay:
Car parking (in the town). Russian banya (sauna) — 100 UAH/hour/up to 6 people. There is a rest room, tea and coffee included in the price. Transfers to Verckovina 3 km, to Il’tsy 10 km, to Bukovel 50 km. Internet.
Sports and recreations:
Horse riding, gathering mushrooms and berries; sledge-driving — in winter. 1-day mountain walking-tour: Mt Magura, Mt Bila Kobyla, Mt Pusaniy Kamen’, Mt Hoverla. Trip to the souvenir shops in the Town of Kosiv, excursion to the Towns of Verkhovyna and Yaremche. Catamaran water trip on the river of Cheremosh.
